ppgg9 Terms and Conditions

01. General Provisions

ppgg9 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", or "ppgg9") is an online betting and gaming platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ppgg9 and registered users of the platform ("you" or "Member").

These terms have been prepared in English and apply together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines. In the event of any dispute, the terms of this original document shall take precedence.

02. Eligibility and Age Requirement

ppgg9 may at any time request a national identity card or other identification documents for age verification. Failure to provide this information may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the account.

Regional Restrictions

Residents of certain countries or regions may not be eligible to use ppgg9 services. ppgg9 reserves the right to restrict services by country or region. You confirm that you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding use of this service from your location.

03. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on ppgg9, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all deposited funds. Each person may open only one account; if multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed.

3.2 Login Credential Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password secure. All activities carried out through your account will be considered as having been performed by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. Sharing your login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ppgg9 may request documents to verify your identity at any time, particularly when a withdrawal is requested. Required documents may include a national identity card, passport, driving licence, or utility bill. Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete.

04. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

ppgg9 accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may vary subject to applicable conditions.

You may only use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited and such transactions will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may increase during the verification process or under exceptional circumstances. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be held if there are outstanding wagering requirements.
• ppgg9 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity.
• Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations is mandatory.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on ppgg9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If currency conversion is required, international exchange rates may apply and ppgg9 will not be liable for any losses arising from such conversion.

05. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ppgg9 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; a deposit of ৳22,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 for a total balance of ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. This means the bonus amount multiplied by 20 must be wagered before the bonus becomes withdrawable. The deadline for meeting wagering requirements is counted from the date the bonus is granted.

• A minimum bet amount may apply when wagering bonus funds.
• Certain games may contribute less to, or not at all toward, bonus wagering requirements.
• Real money will be used before bonus funds when placing bets.
• If evidence of fraud or bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 Other Promotions

ppgg9 regularly offers new promotions. Each promotion has its own terms, which will be stated in the promotion details. Where there is a conflict between the general terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms will take precedence.

06. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on ppgg9 are final and cannot be changed after confirmation. Bet acceptance is entirely at ppgg9's discretion and we reserve the right to refuse any bet, particularly in cases of system errors or unusual activity.

6.2 Result Determination

For sports betting, the official result of the event will be considered final. For casino games, the result determined by the software is final. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, the correct result will apply.

6.3 Betting Limits

ppgg9 sets minimum and maximum bet limits that may vary by game and event. These limits will be displayed on the relevant game page. ppgg9 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time without notice.

• A maximum win amount per event may be set.
• Placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited.
• If a bet is rejected, the original amount will be returned to the balance.

07. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ppgg9 and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions ("bonus hunting" or "arbitrage betting").
• Registering using a false or another person's identity.
• Interfering with or attempting to hack the platform's software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Collusion (multiple players conspiring against others).
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy from a restricted region.
• Conducting transactions on behalf of a third party.

If ppgg9 detects any suspicious activity, the account may be temporarily suspended until an investigation is complete. If irregularities are confirmed by the investigation, a permanent ban will be imposed.

08. Privacy and Security

8.1 Use of Information

10.2 Closure at ppgg9's Discretion

ppgg9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account for the following reasons:

• Breach of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to pass age verification or providing false information.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Refusal to provide documents requested for verification.
• Regulatory guidance or legal obligation.

In the event of account closure, any legitimate balance will be returned after the investigation is complete; however, if prohibited activity is proven, the full balance may be forfeited.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

If an account has had no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months, it may be marked as "inactive". ppgg9 reserves the right to deduct an administrative fee from inactive accounts, which will not apply if the balance is zero.

11. Limitation of Liability

ppgg9 is not liable for any losses arising from the following circumstances:

• If a bet is cancelled or delayed due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• If data is lost due to third-party hacking or a cyber attack.
• If the service is unavailable due to force majeure circumstances (natural disaster, government restrictions, pandemic).
• If any loss occurs due to improper management of your own login credentials.
• If the outcome of a bet is affected by the cancellation or change of a sports event.

ppgg9 always strives to provide a safe and reliable platform, but cannot guarantee perfect continuity of service. The service may be temporarily unavailable for system maintenance, and advance notice will be attempted.

12. Changes to Terms and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Amendment of Terms

ppgg9 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will attempt to notify you via your registered email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after the updated terms are published will be considered your acceptance of those changes.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

12.3 Applicable Law

12.4 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming guidelines together constitute the entire agreement between you and ppgg9, and replace all prior oral or written agreements or understandings. If any clause of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to be in effect.
